In her current role with GANT/MF Brands Group, Charla leads the go-to-market process, manages the integration with distribution channels and products, and supports the overall strategic brand strategies. Other notable career achievements include spearheading the global launch of footwear for Canada Goose, growing their Instagram account to 1M followers, leading the launch of a purpose-led communications platform, HumanNature, and leading the collaboration between Bono’s (U2) wife’s brand Eden and Diesel.
